What Would You Attempt?

The things we would pursue if success felt guaranteed are often deeply connected to who we're meant to become.

A question hit me years ago that I still think about today: "What would you attempt if you knew you couldn't fail?"

And honestly… it exposed a lot.

Because the answer came to me immediately.

There were dreams I had quietly pushed to the side. Ideas I talked myself out of. Goals I labeled as "unrealistic" before I ever gave myself a real chance to pursue them.

Not because I didn't want them.

Because I was afraid to fail.

Maybe you've done the same thing.

Maybe there's something in you right now that keeps showing up in your mind… but fear keeps convincing you to play smaller than you really are.

That question matters because it removes the excuses for a moment.

No fear. No embarrassment. No overthinking. No worrying about what people might say.

Just honesty.

And when fear leaves the room, purpose usually starts speaking louder.

I've realized that the things we would pursue if success felt guaranteed are often deeply connected to who we're meant to become.

Not every dream will happen exactly the way we imagine.

But regret hurts far more than trying and failing.

At least when you try: You grow. You learn. You move forward. You discover what you're capable of.

And sometimes the biggest transformation isn't even the outcome…

It's the person you become by finally taking the step.

So I'll ask you the same question: What would you attempt if you truly believed you could succeed?

Because deep down… you probably already know the answer.

Until next time,
Don
