People often ask me why I do this work.
Why I spend so much time talking about purpose, growth, leadership, mindset, faith, and becoming the person you were created to be.
The answer isn't found in a business plan.
It's not in a title.
It's not even in a mission statement.
The answer is much more personal than that.
There was a season of my life when I felt disconnected from myself.
From my purpose.
From my potential.
On the outside, things may have looked fine.
But on the inside, I knew something was missing.
I was living a life that made sense to everyone else while quietly wondering if I was becoming the person I was created to be.
And that's a difficult place to live.
Because eventually, you realize that success without purpose still leaves an empty space.
I spent a lot of time searching for answers.
Searching for direction.
Searching for clarity.
And during that journey, there were moments when I desperately needed someone to remind me of what was possible.
Someone who could look beyond my circumstances and speak to the potential they saw in me.
Someone willing to tell me the truth when fear, doubt, and disappointment were speaking louder than faith.
Sometimes those voices showed up.
Sometimes they didn't.
And somewhere along the way, I made a decision.
If I couldn't always find that voice when I needed it...
I would become that voice for someone else.
Not because I have all the answers.
I don't.
Not because I've mastered life.
I haven't.
But because I've learned that one conversation, one encouraging word, one perspective shift, one reminder of purpose can change the direction of someone's entire life.
I've seen it happen.
I've lived it myself.
That's why I write.
That's why I coach.
That's why I teach.
That's why I continue showing up.
Because somewhere, someone is fighting a battle I've already survived.
Someone is carrying a burden they haven't told anyone about.
Someone is questioning their worth, their purpose, their next step, or whether they have what it takes.
And if something I've learned along the way can help them move forward...
Then every lesson was worth learning.
Every struggle was worth surviving.
Every word is worth writing.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:
People change when they discover who they truly are and why they were created.
That's what drives me.
That's what keeps me showing up.
And if you've been reading these posts, engaging with the content, or walking this journey alongside me, I want you to know something:
You matter.
Your story matters.
Your purpose matters.
And the world needs what only you can bring to it.
That's the reason I keep showing up.
Because I believe everything has purpose.
Including you.
Until next time,
Don
