Most people pay attention to what they feed their body…
But completely ignore what they feed their mind.
Think about it.
If you constantly eat unhealthy food, eventually it affects your energy, your health, and your performance.
The same thing happens mentally.
What you consume every day shapes how you think, feel, and see the world.
And a lot of people are feeding their minds garbage all day long.
Constant negativity. Doom scrolling. Drama. Gossip. Content that leaves them anxious, angry, distracted, or drained.
Then they wonder why they feel stuck mentally.
Your mind absorbs what you consistently expose it to.
If you constantly feed yourself negativity, eventually negativity becomes your normal.
But if you feed your mind growth, wisdom, faith, discipline, and encouragement…
Your thinking starts to change.
And once your thinking changes, your life starts changing too.
That's why you have to be intentional about what you allow into your mind.
Pay attention to the conversations you entertain. The content you consume. The voices you listen to regularly.
Ask yourself:
"Is this helping me grow… or slowly pulling me down?"
Because not everything deserves access to your mind.
Protect your peace. Protect your focus. Protect your growth.
What you feed your mind matters more than you think.
Until next time,
Don
