I know what it feels like to feel stuck.
Not falling apart. Not in crisis.
Just… stuck.
Wanting to move forward but not moving. Wanting to start but overthinking everything. Wanting change while somehow staying in the exact same place.
And the crazy thing is, the longer you stay stuck, the heavier it starts to feel.
Your mind starts convincing you: "You need a better plan." "You need more time." "You need to wait until everything lines up perfectly."
But honestly?
Most of the time, you don't need a huge breakthrough.
You just need movement.
That's something I had to learn personally.
Now when I feel stuck, I stop focusing on the entire journey and focus on one small action.
Just one.
Five minutes. One step.
Send the email. Make the call. Write one paragraph. Clean one space. Take one walk. Start somewhere.
Because small movement breaks mental resistance.
And once you start moving, momentum usually follows.
That's the part most people miss.
You don't have to solve your whole life today.
You just have to stop standing still.
A lot of breakthroughs begin with really small actions.
One decision. One conversation. One step of courage.
So if you've been feeling stuck lately, stop waiting for motivation to magically appear.
Take one small step.
Five minutes could completely change the direction of your day.
Until next time,
Don
